Holistic Physical Therapy
In Holistic Physical Therapy sessions I combine my background in yoga, pilates, and massage to craft each session around your individual needs.
The work is in conditioning, re-patterning and integration.
Classes are taught online, in person at Yoga Soup, and in person in my work room.
I also work as a guest teacher during retreats and can be hired for your private events.

MONDAYS 6:30-8:00pm
The 5Rhythms™ is an awareness practice, a cathartic form of dance for all the bodies, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Offered in person and online at Yoga Soup in Santa Barbara, CA.

Thera-Play Yoga
WEDNESDAYS 3:30-4:30pm
This class is active, therapeutic, and restorative; perfect for athletes and beginners. It combines self-massage, energy restoration, and muscular activation. Offered in person at Yoga Soup in Santa Barbara.
